Our 2 BR / 2 Bath is in the
heart of Colorado's ski country. The condo is only minutes from
Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. All are accessible
by free shuttle. Vail is only 30 minutes away. There is a trailhead
within 100 yards of our front door. Additionally, it is less than a mile
to the huge outlet mall and many great restaurants.

The 2 BR / 2 Bath condo easily sleeps 6. The fully equipped kitchen allows
you to save time and money by cooking in the condo.
If you want a convenient, clean place to stay without spending a fortune,
this is the place for you. This just may be the best value in Summit
County.

Summer $70.00 – night ($420wk)
Ski $110.00 – night ($660wk)
Ski Spring Break (march & MLK & Pres weekends) $130.00 night ($780wk)
Ski Value (open-12/19 & april) $90.00 – night ($540wk)
Holiday $180.00 night 12/19-1/4 ($1080wk)
* 7th Night is Free
* 4 Night Minimum, except 2 night minimum within 1 month of stay.
* $80.00 Cleaning Fee
* 5.775% Sales Tax
* $100.00 or 20% Security Deposit
