The Cupp's Summit County Condo
Layout -
The condo's main bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower
unit. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full
size on bottom. There is a new comfortable futon in the living room and
two recliners along with a TV and VCR. The fireplace can keep you warm
on those chilly winter nights. The full kitchen includes a full size fridge,
oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster as well as plates, glasses and silverware
and plenty of pots and pans. The condo is located on the second floor.
We have recently done some minor renovations and the condo is very clean
and perfect for those people who want a great vacation home base without
paying a bundle.
Money
Stuff -
20% Deposit to hold a date. Balance plus $100.00 security deposit is due
one month before arrival. If you cancel with more than 2 months notice
you will receive half of your deposit back.
Why do we charge a $75 cleaning fee? Well that is how much we pay our
cleaning person. (Yes, we've shopped around) And by splitting out the
cleaning fee it actually saves you money because we don't have to charge
sales tax on the cleaning.
Why do we charge sales tax? Because it's the law. Yes, some others don't yet charge sales tax, but they will soon once they are caught and have to pay all the penalties and interest. Also, technically (although no one would ever come after you) If you purchase something in which sales tax should be collected, but isn't you should pay the sales tax as 'Use Tax' in your own state.

Iron/Ironing Board, Access to a Laundry Rooms, Hair Dryer, Pretty much
everything you need in the kitchen, Humidifier, Mini Sled, TV,DVD
Things we don't
supply-.
Shampoo, BBQ-Grill (we do have a George Foreman type grill), racqetball
or tennis rackets
Directions -
To reach the Condo head West on I-70 from Denver to
Silverthorne. Take the Silverthorne exit and Turn right onto Hwy. 9. Turn left
at the first light, Wildernest St. Follow this road through the outlet mall and
up the mountain After about a mile and a half you will see the street Cutty Sark,
Turn right at the next street Lodgepole Circle. The second entrance on your left
is for buildings C and D.
